Q-FabShop Hop™ is for brick-and-mortar quilt/sewing shops who want to reach dedicated
quilters and sewers.
E-FabShop Hop™ is for web-only quilt/fabric retailers and design studios retailing sewing and quilt-related products.
D-FabShop Hop™ was specifically created for small design businesses retailing original, copyrighted
sewing-related items, including books, notions and tools, patterns, and/or similar products.
Holiday FabShop Hop™ launches during prime holiday shopping time! Open to ALL membership categories (brick-and-mortar, e-tailers, and design studios) on a first-come, first-served basis.
Each FabShop Hop is organized by membership categories: brick-and-mortar, e-tailers and design studios, or all membership categories. Registration on a first-come, first-served basis.
[Note: If a minimum enrollment has not been met at the close of registration for each one of these Hops, registration will be open to the other membership categories. You can have your name put on a waiting list on a first come, first serve basis. For instance, E-tailers have the option to join the April, July, or October Hop by putting their name on the waiting list.]

It is Easy to Participate
Independent quilt shops or
fashion-fabric stores, web-only sewing-related businesses,
or design studios offering original copyrighted work or
products are welcome to join our FabShop Hop™. Simply hide
the bunny on any page you want consumers to visit and your
site will soon be hopping!
Throughout each month-long
Hop, visitors will explore your site as they search for the
hidden bunny and work to qualify for randomly drawn prizes.
Thousands will bookmark your site, sign up for your
e-newsletter, and return to shop when the Hop is over.
Hop Requirements
- You must be a member of
the FabShopNet Retailers' Association in order to
participate. Membership is currently open to qualified
independent retailers and design studios. For more

- Your web site must be fully
functional at least 60 days before the Hop begins. You can
add site features after this date as long as you ensure they
are working before the Hop begins.
- Web sites must be viewable
in all major browsers (Netscape, Internet Explorer, AOL, Web
TV, etc.).
- The FabShop Hop™ logo and
prize registrations codes must be incorporated into your web
pages.
Each Hop is Heavily Promoted!
Every FabShop Hop™ is promoted using a wide variety of media, including:
- The Fabric Shop Network consumer web site, www.fabshophop.com
- Notices e-mailed to the 100,000+ hoppers who participated in past
FabShop Hops.
- Paid ads on major Internet
lists that reach more than 500,000 quilting and sewing
enthusiasts.
- Link and banner ads on web
sites targeting female consumers.
Your Investment is
Small; the Benefits Huge!
To include your qualified
independent quilt shop or fashion-fabric store, web-only
sewing-related business, or design studio in a Hop, you'll
pay a registration fee of $125. PLUS you'll also contribute virtual gift certificates for use as prizes (10/$10 gift certificates).
You can boost your business further by offering
special sales and products to participants during the month
of the Hop. Don't forget to invite Hoppers to sign your
guest book or subscribe to your e-newsletter so you can
build your e-mail list.
