Logo Specifications

Logos will be printed in black ink. Digital art is the preferred medium. Graphics used for websites are extremely low resolution and print poorly.

Illustrator EPS files (version 8.0 or lower) are the preferred format, with all fonts converted to outline and any linked files embedded. Email for instructions if needed.

Photoshop (Macintosh, version 6.0 or lower) tif and eps files are also acceptable. For quality reproduction, two-inch-high or larger line art should be a minimum of 600 dpi resolution. Resolution of any images or tints should be at least 300 dpi. Include any fonts and images placed (linked) or embedded in the file. Fonts must be Macintosh Postscript fonts. Do not use multiple master (MM) fonts.

Camera-Ready Art
Camera-ready artwork may be submitted; it should be at least 2" high. A surcharge of $30 will be charged for scanning and placement.

Proof Copy
Please provide a clear, laser proof (minimum 300 dpi).

No Logo?
Your store name will appear in a distinctive font. The Fabric Shop Network will make font selection. Send an example of your business card or letterhead.

Submission of Artwork
Electronic files may be sent via e-mail (stuffed or zipped for portability and smaller than 1.5 MB) to wizbiz@pacifier.com. Send larger files on CDs, 100 MB zip disks, or floppy disks, mailed to Wisner Associates, 18200 NW Sauvie Island Rd., Portland, OR 97231 503-282-3929.
