Become a Prize Sponsor in the July FabShop Hop!
On July 1, The Fabric Shop Network, Inc. will launch
FabShop Hop, which will run for the month of July. We invite you to support the quilt shops by becoming a First or Second Place Prize Sponsor.
For a First Place Prize, please consider contributing prizes worth $200 in retail value or more -- OR -- a merchandise prize(s) (fat quarter bundles, pattern bundles, books, etc.) in units worth $30 retail value or more for a Second Place Prize.
Our goal is to drive extra business to the quilt shops on the Hop, and of course, we want to give your business additional publicity as a prize sponsor. We will be featuring our sponsors on the prize page and on weekly e-mailings to the FabShop Hop participants.
Consumers, who register and visit the participating shops' web sites, become eligible to win prizes by month's end, just as they might win door prizes by visiting a shop in person. To be eligible for the top prize drawing, the consumer must visit at least fifty percent of the participating retailers. All participating retailers are also donating gift certificates and prizes, and we are asking our industry suppliers to participate as well.
This event will be advertised through on-line mailing lists -- with paid advertisements for over 60,000 views on the Quiltropolis web site alone. Press releases have been sent to all major quilting and sewing magazines, and banner ads and banner exchanges will also be placed on quilting and sewing sites. We expect to reach over 500,000 sewers and quilters through this advertising. Your company will be listed on the Prizes Page at www.fabshophop.com as a sponsor providing prizes. We will include a link to your web site if you wish.
*Note: Registration for consumers has already begun. We anticipate over 70,000 consumers participating in prior Hops to return again in July!
To become a sponsor and provide prizes for this event, please copy and paste the form below and email it back to fabshopnet@aol.com or fax it back to 360-892-6700 by no later than Friday, June 25, 2004. Prizes can be sent to The Fabric Shop Network, Inc. 9406 NE 81st Ave., Vancouver, WA 98662 and need to arrive by no later than Friday, July 16, 2004.
